Small Batch, Artisan French Macarons

A macaron, pronounced mak-ah-RON, is a gourmet French-style sandwich cookie made from finely ground almond flour, egg whites, and sugar, filled with a variety of buttercreams, ganaches, and jams. Each batch is made to order by hand with only the finest ingredients. 

* Keep macarons in the fridge where they can stay fresh for up to 7 days.

* Remove macarons from the fridge 30-40 minutes before serving (macarons should be eaten at room temperature).

* Macarons can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Thaw in fridge for    24 hours (do not thaw on counter).

* Outdoor and humid areas may cause the filling in the macarons to melt (be cautious at outdoor events and avoid direct sunlight).

At least 2 weeks' notice is required however we will endeavour, where availability permits, to accept short notice orders. Large orders (250+) require at least 3 weeks' notice.

Yes! Macarons freeze beautifully for up to 3 months.  Freeze macarons in an airtight container. Defrost in the fridge for 24 hours (do not thaw on counter). 

Yes, all of our macarons are gluten free.

All of our macarons contain nuts (almond flour), eggs, and dairy. 

Every batch is hand-piped, hand-matched for symmetry, filled by hand, sometimes dipped or piped with a topping or printed with images, and take many more hours to complete compared to your standard cookie. 

We are not taking wholesale orders at the moment.

 We do not offer walk-ins at this time. 

All pick ups will be at our commercial kitchen, located at 6011 Fairview Road, St. Thomas.  All pickups are to take place at the scheduled date and time. If you fail to show up, orders will be held for 48 hours before they are forfeited.  

Unfortunately we don't offer delivery.  However, in special circumstances we may be able to deliver within the London/St. Thomas area for an additional fee.

Unfortunately no - macarons are very fragile and do not ship well.

Due to the nature of our products, all orders are final and we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us at sherri@missmacaron.ca. We would be happy to assist to resolve the situation.

All of our macarons are gluten-free. All macarons are made with almond flour and therefore are not nut-free. All macaron fillings contain dairy and therefore are not dairy-free. 

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to book large orders and hold your date. 

It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the state of the product before leaving the premises. Once the product has left the premises, the Customer is responsible to ensure that it is stored as per our instructions to achieve best results for taste and quality.

Miss Macaron photographs our macarons and reserves the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to the Customer.

Where Miss Macaron cancels the order, due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects the ability to complete the order, the deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days of notification to the Customer.
